A module to capture the status report for each project that is now active. Each active project should have a weekly status report. The format of the text of the status report is open. However, a status report will include the following: REQUIRED fields:

• Project Name picked from list of charters

   

• Project Status picked from radio button group of 3 choices Red, Yellow, or Green (default Green)

   

• Period Ending The last day of the period covered by the status report

   

• Brief Description Tittle for the status report

   

• Status single large text field for status
